I'm Melissa.

First and foremost I am a child of God. Saved by Christ and on a mission to help his people be set free. I aim to help you have eyes to see how incredible you truly are behind all the lies you've been told. Your worth was made clear on the cross. You are worth it! This is my Heart Mission, To see the captives set free! We were not made to be depressed or living in fear of being who we really are but to be confident in who we were designed to be. It is time to break free from emotional trauma, all the emotional baggage you can't seem to break free from that's been holding you back and boost your productivity while creating the ability to form real connections in love and life with me as your guide. I am a very passionate women who is immensely committed to seeing the strong holds of the enemy broke down, to seeing you break free from anything and everything holding you back from achieving your dreams. You were meant for more. You were meant to experience true inner joy, true inner peace knowing you could never be good enough but the Father God has got your back. You found me didn't you?
Where we are weak the Father is strong and will bring up others around us to help us in our valley. Have faith.

I Grew up in MN, moved to CA after graduation and began my journey of self discovery and understanding of all the different energies I experienced throughout my life. I wanted to know why people were so broken inside portraying a mask to the world that they were just fine. So afraid to be who they were and hurting others as they coped the best way they knew how. I see the good the bad and the ugly in everyone. I've always been someone who's been able to blend socio-economic status's, cultures, and bring understanding and togetherness. We're all longing for emotional connection deep down and when we don't feel it we lash out in childhood triggers (memories of not feeling good enough).
I've always seen everyone as one of a kind. An intriguing, unique masterpiece, created by God. I've always been fascinated by human individuality and went to school to learn and understand as much as I could to aide in my quest to heal the mind heart and soul of my family, my friends, the world at large... I have now figured out how to help you do this. Through talking it out (creating and breaking down dendrites), gaining new understanding and perspective, breaking free from the lies of shame based thinking, achieving long desired goals while creating emotionally safe connections you never thought possible.

Now a little more about me... I am an extremely dedicated and determined woman. I worked my way through college as full time student, single mom and dedicated employee. I graduated with honors from both CSULA and UCLA. I received my bachelors of science in both Psychology (with an emphasis in neuroscience) and Criminal Justice from CSULA.
And my Masters in Paralegal Studies from UCLA.

God has been leading me to all of you. I am sorry it's taken ME this long to face my FEARS, but I am here now and I want to help you face the fears holding you back. The fears preventing you from taking that next step towards your goals and inner healing. Together with Christ we will break down strong holds, deal with unforgiveness and dig deep to find root issues holding you back from seeing how incredibly talented and capable you are to achieve those goals you always dreamed of. We will focus on seeing you succeed.
God has planted those dreams in your heart for a reason. What do you desire? What would be the one or two or three desired outcomes you would like to achieve? What is that specific end result you are looking for? What fears are holding you back? These are some of the topics we will discuss and find clarity in.
After getting to know you and understand your needs better, with your demonstrated commitment, I will create the perfect program designed uniquely for you to achieve those goals in love and life while breaking free from emotional baggage. With your commitment and dedication to doing the hard work, we will achieve that end result you are looking for. Your life will be changed by working TOGETHER with Me and the Holy Spirit in me.

I incorporate a neurological approach that targets the breakdown of dendrites (thoughts). Through talking and understanding we will re-wire the neuropathways in the brain.
According to
Dr. Caroline Leaf to eradicate most of the dendrites/thoughts that have been created and built up on any one given targeted thought issue, re-process it and create new connections (perspectives), it will take roughly three sets of three weeks.

I am extremely confident I can help you navigate and achieve your hopes, goals and aspirations. I want to help you find more joy in life, and experience a higher level existence overall. I have confidence I can help you navigate this process not just because of who I am but, because of what science and God tell me I can do. Nothing is permanent! Your brain is neuro plastic that means it is always changing. Do not let Big Pharma or toxic abusers, or even yourself convince you, you can not change, because you absolutely can!
Doing this kind of inner healing achieving work alone is incredibly difficult and most give up, quit as it can be a very painful and lonely process. But your not alone. You have me. Together with me as your coach and the Holy Spirit as my compass, we can and will succeed.

I want to tell you something super important. You might already know this, but at the same time I don't believe people truly understand this incredibly important concept regarding our identity.

Growing up and throughout life what I came to realize is that most people live in a state of intermittent dissociation. Jumping from one thing to the next trying to succeed trying to stay busy so not to think about their deeper feelings, that hidden shame beneath it all that was triggered and caused you to feel hurt from within in the first place. (Our hidden insecurities)
Instead of understanding why people do the things they do or why we do the things we do. We often go into a unconscious state of self protection, blame others, project our insecurities onto them and then see them as the problem as "all good" or "all bad" in that given present moment. No one is all good or all bad that kind of dissociative thinking is the problem. We often want to blame our lack of success on others actions or lack of action or lack of support. When its just not the case. It may however be the story we tell ourselves. This however is fundamentally what keeps us stuck, paralyzed in a sense, from growing. We are rooted in a "comfortable" familiar kind of pain to temporarily feel better about ourselves and escape the deeper real triggering root pain.
We have got to learn to "see" ourselves and to take accountability for "our role" in the equation regardless of the other persons wrong doing if we are ever truly going to be able to live out our dreams and succeed in life and love. No more excuses. You've got me now.
