Hello my beautiful people. I hope and pray you are all doing well. I know life is not easy. Emotional Health is so important. Don't ignore what matters most. Our minds are the computers that operate our system. The mind controls the body. What you think you become, understanding this is crucial to being able to change the mind. Creating new neural pathways, breaking down old pathways and creating new pathways is not easy. No, not in the least. It takes time and a decision to commit to doing the work to change.

 Change is incredibly difficult and to do it alone can be an overwhelmingly difficult task. The fear of the unknown, the fear of failure, and simply having to wait can all be very traumatizing. I get it guys. These fears often prevent us from being able to begin, let alone achieve our dreams or face our hurts on our own. Instead we develop coping mechanisms not to think of it... pretend not to care... and as a result, develop all sorts of unhealthy ways of coping. Ways such as the need for constant distraction in what your thinking, what your not thinking about in order to prevent the feeling of fear. I understand the overwhelming pain that takes over, blocking oneself almost in a paralyzing way to act on what we know. It is this Fear that keeps us from achieving that which we dream of becoming. That which we were designed to be but the fear of failure of not being good enough is crippling.

 

Fear can cause us to unconsciously self sabotage our relationships, our careers, our entire live.

Fear is a liar!

We are not meant to be in bondage to fear. Fear is not of the Lord, but peace and a sound mind are.

 

God has promised us when we learn to give him our fears and see them for what they are....

we will not be overtaken by them!

Instead we are able to know we are conquers, warriors in this journey of life, by facing the pain to overcome and get the gain.

Don't let fear keep you in a comfortable pain you've just learned to live with. Get uncomfortable with me by your side.

To escape in whatever way possible emotionally.

So many people are living in a state of indefinite yet comfortable pain, instead of taking the leap of faith to face their fears and step into a kind of overwhelming uncomfortable pain that breaks chains and sets the captives free. We have got to feel the burn just like when we do during a physical work out,

if it doesn't hurt.... its not working! The right kind of emotional processing of pain in a safe environment heals!

Say No more to that reign of emotional terror that has you paralyzed in fear to take that leap of faith and do it afraid. Say yes today. Take that leap of Faith. Book that call. Do it Afraid. We are not merely who we say we are. Things are so much more complicated than that. A truly deaf person is one who has no desire to listen. They hear nothing no matter how much is spoken. I can help you with this.
